With only advice “you are very brave to try” we started our investigation of this complex system, which control every aspect of the ship. After 4 days of investigation and consultation we did manage to pinpoint and repair series of faults in system.

Our repair included repair of faulty PLC I/O cards and power supply unit. Reprogramming of one PLC EEPROM memory to overide damaged slots (new card were installed in other slot – old was burned out).

This job were a complete success to our happines that nobody else wanted even to try repair it.

In meantime our colleagues were repairing 12 old fans on deck. All of them were removed from ship to our workshop and there we have completly overhaul them (cleaning, bearing exchange, lacquering of winding and finally painting).

In june our engineers were assigned a task – reparation of old alarm and monitoring system – central Autronica Selma KD-20. No other company were succesful in reparation nor official service were up  to task.
