1. The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with the following principles:

  1. based on legal grounds and in accordance with the law (legality);
  2. reliably and fairly (reliability);
  3. in a transparent manner for the data subject (transparency);
  4. for specific purposes and not “in reserve” (minimization);
  5. no more than necessary (adequacy);
  6. with care for data accuracy (accuracy);
  7. no longer than necessary (temporality);
  8. ensuring appropriate data security (security).

§3. Purposes, Legal Basis, and Scope of Data Processing

1. We will process your data:

  1. for contact purposes, to provide you with a response to your message sent to us directly by email, through a form, through a Social Media channel, or in response to telephone contact based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator related to the necessity of providing you with a response;
  2. for marketing purposes, solely based on your consent;
  3. for informational purposes, to provide you with important information regarding services you use through our Website;
  4. for purposes related to maintaining our company profile on social media (LinkedIn) under the terms set by the owners of the respective medium (portal) and informing about our products, promotions, and other news related to our activities, which we consider our legitimate interest;
  5. for technical purposes using cookies (technical cookies), based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, related to the proper operation and functioning of the Website;
  6. for statistical and analytical purposes, if you have consented to our use of cookies for analytical purposes (analytical cookies);

At any time, you can change your preferences. You can do this in your web browser or by deleting saved cookies from our Website;

§4. We Do Not Perform Automatic Profiling on the Website

1. We do not use automatic profiling on the Website to create marketing campaigns based on measuring user activity, through which we would be able to direct our selected advertising material to a precisely indicated user.

2. Although we use advertising systems of our partners (LinkedIn, Google), the information and data they obtain about your activity on the Website, based on which we can create marketing campaigns, are not automatic profiling because based on them we are unable to make a decision regarding you as a specific user (e.g., showing you a specific advertisement). We can only create advertisements for groups of users, based on general statistical data provided by partners. We are unable to make a specific user see an advertisement selected by us based on activity data.

§5. Data Recipients and Intention to Transfer Data to Countries Outside the EEA or International Organizations

1. Depending on the purpose for which we process your data, recipients of your personal data may be:

  1. state offices and other public institutions, to the extent that the obligations to transfer data result from the provisions of law applicable in the territory of the Republic of Poland, for purposes related to the fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the administrator, such as pursuing legal claims, fulfilling tax obligations, and other proceedings regulated by relevant legal provisions;
  2. Website software provider (hosting, server, domain) – LH Hosting;
  3. entity handling the programming service of the Website;
  4. entity handling the marketing service of the Website and Social Media channel service;
  5. provider of software for storing data and documents in the cloud;
  6. provider of software for managing cookies and the scope of processed data;
  7. if you have consented to marketing cookies, your data stored in cookies will be transferred to our advertising partners (LinkedIn, Google);
  8. if you have consented to analytical cookies, your data stored in cookies will be processed by the entity providing software for traffic analysis on our Website (e.g., Google Analytics).

2. Your data is not transferred to countries outside the EEA or international organizations, except for cases of data processing by entities:

1. We are unable to specify a single period for which we will process your data.

If you have provided us with your data in a message sent by email, by telephone, through a form, or through social media on which we have our company profiles, we will process your data until you submit a request to delete this data or object to processing, but also in the case where we determine that we have fulfilled the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

  1. access to the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete, or restrict processing;

  3. right to object;
